The China-EU Energy Technology Innovation Cooperation Office recently announced the first batch of typical cases of China-EU energy cooperation. The ABB Industrial Center Green Microgrid project in Xiamen, Fujian, jointly developed by ABB (China) Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Torch New Energy Power Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully selected into the list. This selection is guided by the National Energy Administration and jointly initiated by the China-EU Energy Technology Innovation Cooperation Office and the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. It aims to strengthen the confidence in mutually beneficial energy cooperation between China and the EU at the critical juncture of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the EU, create a replicable model project, and then lead and promote the transformation and implementation of more technological innovation results, demonstrate a mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation model, and promote global energy transformation and carbon neutrality.
At the first member meeting of the Jiangsu Embodied Intelligent Robot Industry Alliance held on September 12, the first Estun Cup National College Students Embodied Intelligent Robot Application Scenario Challenge was officially launched. The competition will be themed "Intelligent Manufacturing, Driving the Future". Through the collaboration between schools and enterprises and the model of promoting education through competition, it will promote the innovation and application of embodied intelligent technology, build a high-end platform for the integration of industry and education, and discover and cultivate new forces for the national artificial intelligence industry. The competition is sponsored by the Jiangsu Embodied Intelligence Industry Alliance and the Jiangsu Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering Society, and co-organized by Southeast University, Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd., Sanjiang University, and Nanjing Institute of Technology. Participants are graduate students, undergraduates (including vocational undergraduates), and junior college students (including higher vocational students). The competition will focus on humanoid robots, hybrid robots, collaborative robots, and industrial robots, further integrating cutting-edge technologies such as AI intelligence, 5G, and teleoperation. Through the principle of "anchoring demand through propositions, lowering resource barriers, verifying through competitions, and accelerating ecosystem growth," it aims to foster a group of hardcore entrepreneurial projects rooted in the forefront of intelligent manufacturing and possessing technological barriers. The competition will also promote the development of talent and projects in Jiangsu, establishing a platform-based incubation model.
