The SCXI-1326 is a specialized terminal block that plugs directly into the front of the SCXI-1126 module. It features screw terminals for the connection of up to eight channels of input signals. Each channel includes terminals for signal positive, signal negative, and an optional shield. The terminal block is housed in a rugged enclosure that provides strain relief for the connected wires and ensures that high-voltage signals are contained safely away from the operator. It also includes an onboard cold-junction compensation (CJC) sensor, although its primary pairing with the SCXI-1126 (a frequency module) makes the CJC more relevant when used in other compatible SCXI configurations.
