  • Switching Frequency: Avoid high-frequency switching on relay modules. Relays have a finite mechanical life (number of operations); for high-speed or frequent pulsing, transistor modules should always be used.

  • Correct Polarity: For transistor output modules, ensure the external power supply is connected with the correct polarity (Sink vs. Source). Incorrect wiring can result in the module being unable to turn off or permanent component failure.
