Guoneng Xinkong's domestically produced PLC is applied in the main control system of large-megawatt wind turbines
Dec 09, 2024On November 26, the United Power 5MW-195 unit wind turbine main control system, which uses the domestically produced high-performance PLC controller H150X independently developed by the State Energy Information Control Company, achieved full power generation at the State Energy Tongyu Xinmao Wind Farm. This system is the first large-megawatt domestically produced wind turbine main control system of the State Energy Group, marking that the group has once again achieved complete independence and control of key products and technologies in the core control field of wind power, and has taken another solid step towards the goal of domesticating large-capacity wind turbine main control systems.
In the context of the accelerated iteration of large-megawatt wind turbines, wind turbines of 5 MW and above have shown characteristics such as larger single-machine power, longer blades, increased tower height, and higher power generation performance requirements. The performance of the wind turbine main control system needs to be further improved. In terms of hardware, the PLC controller must have stronger computing power, faster command response time, and higher operational reliability. In terms of software, a more friendly development environment, more modular program algorithms, more intelligent control strategies, and more rigorous testing and verification are needed.
