• Bus End Terminal: Every EtherCAT or Bus Terminal segment must be terminated with the correct end terminal block (such as an EL9011) to close the communication loop. Without this component, the I/O network will fail to initialize.

• Correct Wire Stripping: When inserting wires into the spring-clamp terminals, strip the insulation to the exact length recommended in the documentation. Stripping too much can cause short circuits between adjacent channels, while stripping too little can cause intermittent connections.
