Important Notes

• Before installation, confirm that the model, power level and hardware version of the Power Board are completely consistent with the original drive equipment, and mismatched versions may lead to insufficient drive capability or even power device burnout
• The high-power copper bar terminals must be tightened according to the specified torque value, otherwise poor contact will cause local overheating, which will burn out the circuit traces and power devices during high-current operation
• It is strictly forbidden to power on the high-voltage DC bus before the low-voltage control power supply is stable, otherwise the power device will be directly turned on abnormally and cause short-circuit damage
• When performing maintenance, the residual voltage on the DC bus capacitor must be fully discharged before operation, to avoid electric shock or instantaneous high-voltage surge burning out the circuit
• Regularly check the heat dissipation channel and the surface dust accumulation of the Power Board every 6 months, and use dry low-pressure compressed air for cleaning to prevent dust from causing insulation reduction and overheating
