Three new function blocks of Configurator V11.3
1. Laser scanner switching area function block
This function can be used in conjunction with the PSEN scan security scanner to quickly generate logical functions for switching areas and improve the accuracy of area switching. At this stage, this function needs to be implemented with PNOZ m B1 / m B0.1 security hardware. Up to 4 security scanners can be configured in one system to achieve up to 70 area switching logical operations for each scanner, which greatly reduces the design effort of programmers. energy, providing a complete security solution.
2. Safety speed comparison function block
With the iteration of the version, the PNOZmulti Configurator software currently has a wealth of safety function blocks, and the safety speed monitoring function block has also been involved in previous versions. This update adds the safe speed/safe position comparison of two axes and the safe position/safe position range monitoring function block of one axis, which greatly improves the safety monitoring method under high-speed operation of the equipment. It should be noted that at this stage, if you need to complete the speed status comparison of the two axes, you need to use it in conjunction with the latest PNOZ m EF 2MM module.
Safety control logic is not limited to emergency stops, safety doors, light gratings, etc. In order to ensure comprehensive logic and reduce the frequency of malfunctions, monitoring such as speed range, speed difference, position range and position difference need to be configured together to ensure monitoring The results are accurate so as not to affect the operation of rotating equipment. 3. PNOZmulti FSoE master safety bus module and communication function block
FSoE (Fail Safe over Ethercat) protocol is a secure Ethernet protocol developed by Beckoff based on IEC 61508. It is a technology certified by TÜV and internationally standardized by IEC 61784-3. Functional safety is a characteristic that industrial automation equipment must have to ensure personnel and production safety. Communication security is also a part of functional safety. Therefore, the emergence of the FSoE protocol ensures the safety and reliability of data communication.
The PNOZmulti FSoE master communication module launched in version V11.3.0 allows the PNOZ multi control system to quickly and conveniently connect to the original EtherCAT network to achieve an effective combination of standard control and safety control. The PNOZmulti FSoE master communication module can serve as a master station in the entire safety network to allocate tasks to slave station devices, and can also serve as a slave station to accept tasks assigned by the master station. The communication module is compatible with standard EtherCAT communication and also integrates the secure communication protocol FSoE. With the basic unit of PNOZ m B1, it can also realize Modbus/TCP or TCP/IP standard communication functions.
