In February this year, the National Energy Administration issued the "Guiding Opinions on Energy Work in 2025", which clearly proposed to promote the implementation of nine actions for the new power system, strengthen the effective connection between the construction of the new power system and the "two heavy" and "two new" policies, and coordinate the development of new energy and the construction of the consumption system.
