On January 20, 2026, Suzhou Huichuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huichuan Technology") and Hongzheng Energy (Shanghai) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongzheng Energy") signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Huichuan Technology's headquarters in Suzhou.
