On December 20, 2024, the "China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway Talent Training Base - Silk Road High-speed Railway Workshop" was unveiled at Tashkent State University of Transport in Uzbekistan. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State University of Transport, and relevant leaders of Chinese companies in Uzbekistan attended the unveiling ceremony. Akmal Salimov, Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan, Abdulaziz Gulamov, Executive President of Tashkent State University of Transport, Chen Guang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Railway Vocational and Technical College, and Li Jian, General Manager of Beijing Holly Education Technology Co., Ltd., delivered speeches respectively. The meeting was chaired by Bakhodir Turaev, Vice President of Tashkent State University of Transport.

The "China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway Talent Training Base - Silk Road High-speed Railway Workshop" was jointly built by Xinjiang Railway Vocational and Technical College, Tashkent State Transport University and Beijing Hollysi Education Technology Co., Ltd. The workshop focuses on the construction of disciplines such as railway signals and railway engineering. Through academic education and training, skill competitions and equipment research and development, teacher training and exchanges, it will promote the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway and further enhance the economic and social development and people's well-being along the railway.
