On December 18, a meeting was successfully held at Sinopec Tianjin Branch to mark the commissioning of the 100% domestically produced DCS (Distributed Control System) for the POE (polyolefin elastomer) unit of the Sinopec Tianjin Nangang 1.2 million tons/year ethylene and downstream high-end new materials industrial cluster project (hereinafter referred to as: Tianjin Nangang Ethylene Project), and to summarize the acceptance of the domestically produced ethylene control system. The successful commissioning of the 100% domestically produced DCS for the POE unit and the successful acceptance of the domestically produced ethylene control system not only provide reliable support for the long-term stable operation of the plant, but also establish a replicable and scalable demonstration benchmark for the independent development of my country's petrochemical industry. This is of great significance in enhancing the independent and controllable capabilities of the industrial chain and promoting the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
