From "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing": Weidmuller's revenue in 2024 is close to 1 billion euros, and it will increase its global base construction

Despite the complex and changing global economic environment, Weidmuller's full-year revenue remained at a robust level of 980 million euros. Weidmuller CEO Dr. Sebastian Durst said: "The current market environment has created an opportunity for us to accumulate strength and optimize our layout. We are doing our best to lay a solid foundation for the next round of growth."
In 2024, Weidmuller continued its long-term development philosophy and promoted the expansion and upgrading of production bases and R&D centers around the world, with an annual investment of 56 million euros. Among them, the new electronics factory in Detmold, Germany will be officially opened this fall. This landmark project is not only one of the largest single investments in Weidmuller's history, but also demonstrates its firm belief in continuing to deepen its efforts in technological innovation.
