Chungju City, South Korea, signs a strategic investment and cooperation agreement with Inovance Technology, opening a new chapter in international industrial cooperation.

The agreement signed with Chungju City marks a transition for SBC Linear from post-acquisition integration to a localized upgrade of production capacity, further solidifying the overseas R&D and manufacturing capabilities of Inovance’s precision drive business.

On September 18, a South Korean delegation visited Shenzhen to sign a "Strategic Investment and Cooperation Agreement" with Inovance Technology. Company executives, including Inovance Technology Chairman Zhu Xingming, Vice President Yang Chunlu, and SBC General Manager Wu Yongli, participated in the signing ceremony. Under the agreement, the two parties will advance local investment and industrial cooperation in Chungju, utilizing the existing production base of SBC Linear Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SBC Linear")—a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inovance Technology—as the platform for these initiatives.
