On December 9, 2025, Chongqing Three Gorges University, in collaboration with Chongqing Jiulong Wanbo New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Hangzhou HollySys Automation Co., Ltd., and external expert Professor Lu Xiaofeng, jointly signed a framework agreement for the "Intelligent Simulation System Training Center." This agreement marks the beginning of a new chapter in deep integration between the university and industry, and collaborative talent cultivation, through a four-party partnership. The signing ceremony was presided over by Guo Xianhua, Dean of the School of Environmental and Chemical Engineering at Chongqing Three Gorges University, and was also attended by representatives from Beijing HollySys Industrial Software Co., Ltd.

At the ceremony, Wang Liangwei, Vice President of Chongqing Three Gorges University, pointed out that deepening industry-education integration and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation are crucial pathways for connecting the education chain and talent chain with the industrial chain and innovation chain. This collaboration is not only a convergence of resources and ideas from all four parties, but also a critical step in the construction of the university's "Integrated Virtual and Real Practice Teaching Platform for Low-Carbon Technologies and Services in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area," which will provide strong support for engineering education reform and regional industrial technology upgrading.
