ABB (China) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ABB") and Green Energy Smart Charging Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Green Energy Smart Charging") recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the Xixian New Area. Leveraging ABB’s technological strengths in electrification and Green Energy Smart Charging’s industrial capabilities in charging, energy storage, and microgrids, the two parties will deepen cooperation on low-voltage components within the context of new energy charging infrastructure development. They will engage in comprehensive collaboration across areas such as product R&D, supply chain synergy, customized manufacturing, and overseas market expansion, aiming to jointly drive the high-quality development of the new energy industry and inject new momentum into the energy transition.

Representatives from both sides—including Cao Yang, Vice President of ABB Electrification China, and Liu Jia, Head of the OEM Team, alongside Li Xingmin, Chairman and President of Green Energy Huichong, and Li Enhu, Executive President and Dean of the Energy Research Institute—attended the signing ceremony. They engaged in in-depth discussions regarding development trends in the new energy industry, market positioning, and future directions for cooperation.
